HOUSTON – Energy and Environmental Project Finance Law and Taxation: New Investment Techniques has been published by Oxford University Press.  Jim Vopelius of Trident Risk Management, LLC™ co-authored the chapter Creating and Financing the Next-Generation Carbon Offset Project: An Application to Carbon Capture and Storage.

Co-authors for this chapter include Dr. Robin Cantor, Dr. Praveen Gunaseelan and Mr. Alexander Bandza.  The chapter addresses the need for due diligence and risk issues when developing carbon offset credits, with a case study on carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies.
