  • Vapor dispersion modeling of release scenarios involving flammable toxic substances, i.e. blast studies and consequence modeling.

Risk & Reliability Analysis

  • Providing reliability, availably and maintainability analyses;
  • Conducting emergency relieving systems studies;
  • Leading environmental and Social Impact Assessments;
  • Performing operation optimizations,power reliability and load shedding studies.

HSSEQ Management

  • Managing interfaces between multiple consortium/ JV partners, subcontractors and suppliers to objectively mmake sure there are no gaps in scopes of work and the Division of Responsibility;
  • Surveying facilities to determine equipment modifications to increase capacity or improve performance.

Hurricane Damage Modeling

  • Advising risk management teams by reviewing or independently developing project risk registers, Monte Carlo simulations, probabilistic schedule analyses, risk mitigation strategies and/or contingency amounts;
  • Assisting with Project Execution Plans and managing the Change Order process;
  • Planning for successful turnarounds, maintenance shutdowns, tie-ins and start-up activities.
